		<description>Interpretations of the FOI act are often wrong - the BBC&#039;s been caught out a few times when it&#039;s declared exemptions wrongly.  It&#039;s always worth following these things though the appeals route, which does actually work when exemptions are being made for spurious reasons.</description>
