I’m joining the rant
Having just read the Newsround chat page about home education. I realize it’s not only the government but the children of England who do not have a CLUE about home education. They sit there writing about how “If I was home educated I couldn’t make friends” and “My Mum’s not a teacher so I couldn’t be home educated” Which is completely contradictory to what all the home educated children are saying. I only came across one home eduacter in over 100 comments who had had a bad experience from home education. The other were all saying things such as, “I’ve learnt far more since becoming home educated”, “I have more friends that I ever did at school” and “I love learning at my own pace and choosing what I learn” The children on this page are doing the same thing as the government, criticising things they don’t have a clue about and don’t understand!
