A family day out
Today we had allocated as time for a family day out. Over the last couple of weeks we have had a house guest from Austria staying with us, we tried to show him many sites on the Island and BBQs in many places and have a had a very very busy and lively time. Today was our first day with just our family and also Martin’s day off and we decided to have a family day out.
The girls decided that we would have ice creams on the beach and play crazy golf. I am normally very stingy and wont buy ice creams when we are out unless we fins a convienient Iceland nearby. However the request for today was Mr Whippy’s by the sea with flakes, so that’s what we went for.
We had a lovely day and ended up having one of our repeat visits to Robin Hill and eating our halfprice Ben and Jerry’s icecream with friends we bumped into.
Really enjoyable relaxed day out.
