This isn’t just any old sandwich….
This is a sandwich with all home grown salad.
First collect the sandwich ingredients from the garden. It’s our first ever cucumber, I’m very proud even if it is an odd shape and rather prickly. The picking can take some time if you get distracted by the clematis that is blocking the entrance to the bottom of the garden and you decided to hack it down to within an inch of it’s life.
Then chop and coat in a little mayonnaise and add to the sandwich.
Yummy.
